On Nov. 12th, the Council hosted a delegation of executives from the Technology Sector in Argentina seeking to learn more about the innovation and technology ecosystem in Illinois and how to strengthen private sector collaborations with our companies. Speakers included: the Consul General of Argentina Lucas Guioja, CEO of WRAR Chicago Matt Wren, Founder of LaintinXdln Caroline Crozier, and visiting delegates Pablo Abdian, CEO of AI firm Celara Labs and Lucio Moya, CEO of software developer Khem labs. A Wine Tasting Reception provided by Wines of Argentina followed the program for businesses to network.
We are set to continue our partnership with the Argentinian Consulate through 2025 to foster more private sector collaborations in technical fields.
