Update on Tax Changes

Governor Quinn signed SB397 into law on December 16.  SB397 is the collection of tax changes for employers.  SB400, the personal income tax bill, still awaits the Governor’s signature.  CME has stated that they will stay in Illinois per these legislative actions.  Read our Government Affairs Report for more background.
