U.S. House of Representatives Passes H.R. 1864

 H.R. 1864, the Mobile Workforce State Income Tax Simplification Act of 2011 passed the U.S. House of Representatives this week. The bill establishes a 30-day national standard for nonresident withholding of state income taxes. H.R. 1864 is now eligible for consideration and passage by the U.S. Senate.
